When should we turn over our accounts for collection?

Answer: 

Most clients will hold an account no more than 120 days.

Establish a billing system and try to stick to it.  Exceptions to the rule can quickly become the rule.

Question:

Why should we have an outside agency do what our own staff could do?

Answer: 

Allowing professionals to do the job they are trained to do is the most cost-effective method to run an office. 

Let your staff do their jobs and allow American Adjustment Bureau do ours. 

Question: Why should we switch to a new agency when we're happy with the one we're using?
